Before you submit a request, be sure to review the following information....
If the drains become clogged in your rental, you can often clear them using a household plunger. Simply push the plunger over the drain and pump it up and down vigorously to move anything stuck in the pipe.
Please do not use corrosive chemicals which could damage your plumbing system.
If your toilet won't flush properly, use a plunger to clear the clog. If the plunger doesn't solve the problem, lift the cover on the back of the tank and make sure the handle is properly attached to the chain.
If you lose electrical power in your property, you should first check with your utility company. There may be problems in your neighborhood causing by fallen lines, for example.
If you're concerned you've tripped your breaker, locate it and make certain the switch is in the ON position.
Hot Water Shortages
If you don't have enough hot water, check your tank settings. If the thermostat has been adjusted, you may need to reset the water heater. Always wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the temperature of the water again.
Heat/Air Conditioning Problems
If your furnace or air conditioner isn't working properly, please check your central thermostat and make sure the settings are correct. It's easy to accidentally change the settings.
